E-Mentoring Program

The E-Mentoring Program ran continuously from 2013 to 2021, bringing together more than 400 mentors and mentees from ICER member organizations. Over the years, it fostered lifelong relationships and laid the foundation for a vibrant and supportive network.

This alumni network continues to grow through regular webinar series and its successor initiative, the Peer-to-Peer Coaching Program, which builds on the legacy of mentorship by encouraging ongoing collaboration, learning, and connection among women in energy regulation.
