Regional Electricity Regulators Association of Southern Africa (RERA)
The Regional Electricity Regulators Association of Southern Africa (RERA) was officially launched in 2002 and it was registered in accordance with the law of Namibia, 3 Oct 2003. The main objective of RERA is to facilitate harmonization of regulatory policies, legislation, standards and practices; be a platform for effective cooperation among energy regulators within the SADC region.
