Peer Coaching Programme

After a decade of successfully running the E-Mentoring Program, the Women in Energy leadership has taken a bold step forward by launching a new initiative designed to meet the evolving needs of young women working in energy regulatory authorities.

The Peer Coaching Program responds to the real-world challenges these women face today — particularly around gaining leadership experience and building strategic networks.
Rather than relying solely on traditional mentorship models, this new program fosters peer-to-peer learning, practical skill development, and cross-regional exchange. Participants will explore essential questions such as:
How can I develop strong leadership capabilities within my organization?
How do I build and maintain a strategic network that supports my professional growth?

Currently, the third edition of the PCP is underway in 2025, bringing together a new group of motivated and high-potential women from across the energy regulatory landscape.
This initiative creates a space for emerging leaders to share insights, support each other, and grow together — strengthening not just individual careers, but the broader community of women in energy regulation.
